The General Manager of the Year award highlights the individuals who consistently drive performance, lead their teams with clarity, and elevate the customer experience inside their shop. This is an opportunity for owners to spotlight the person who makes a measurable difference every day.

Clients are invited to submit nominations through a simple form, sharing what sets their General Manager apart, from leadership and team development to operational performance and results.

Winner’s will receive:

An exclusive reward package recognizing your shop's top leader.

  • Free hotel room for EXPO 2027.

    Premium lodging fully covered for the next annual landmark event.

  • Amazon gift card.

    Direct reward for flexible spending on business or leisure products.

  • Framed certificate on stage if present.

    If not, owner will accept on their behalf to bring back to the shop.

  • If present, winner/s will have photos taken.

    Official media coverage and spotlight images captured live at EXPO.

  • No speech necessary.

Nomination Details & Rules

Deadline for all nominations by owners is Monday August 3rd. 2026

Winner/s do not have to be present at EXPO 2026 to receive the award.

The winner/s will be selected by DRIVE.

There may be more than one winner.

The DRIVE EXPO 2026 General Manager of the Year award is based on the responsibilities and leadership role outlined in the nominee’s job description. Titles may vary and could include positions such as Shop Manager, Operations Manager, or General Manager.
